In my experience, Amandas aren't too bad. It's the Rebeccas and Kims of this world that you need to keep an eye out for.

One of my earliest gothy friends was officially named Xanadu - she went by Susanna, but as soon as I learned her real name she couldn't escape. I think she maybe didn't like it so much, but as far as names of people go, if you meet a Xanadu, she's probably a really good person.
 Splitting hairs, blatant generalizations.... this thread is covering the bases!

Meh... Rebecca was my childhood bully - the only person who's really treated me with vindictive malice. And I wasn't really that bothered by her. Just confused as to her motives.
Actually, I've been lucky in that I've never been seriously betrayed or hurt by anyone. Which is also confusing...I do not know from where my trust "issues" come, but I have them...
