ok, you have a point...rephrasing:

Is it for the same reason people use the phrase "I wouldn't do that for all the tea in China!"?

speaking of worth, since when did piping up on a subject become "giving your two cents worth?" The last time I cared about two cents was when I was in a penny candy store. When was the last time anyone here has even -seen- a penny candy store?

In Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, that's where!

Should I go to bed or have one more cig and then see what the roomie is watching on tele?

ah now, that depends on word usage. Do you mean from work? From life? For the day (as in going to bed)?

Woah!
Sorry, there. I didn't know you were so touchy on the matter.

It hurts because of my stinging reference, I bet. Oddly enough, mine hurts too.

Why do I mentally identify with Story of my Life by Social distortion right now?

My Japanese teacher accidentally said "TGIS" instead of "TGIF" in class today and so my friend and I spend the entire period passing a peice of paper back and forth coming up with things the S could stand for (the choicest of which would probably have to be sodomy, "Thank God It's Sodomy!")

The wtf part....neither of us came up with "Saturday" or "Sunday" which seems like the obvious choice...

It all depends on your perspective and what you define as "God". I'm not ging to go into detail on that because a) I don't have the time and b) no one wants to read all of that.

There is a butcher named Pete who is 6'4". What does he weigh?
