I love reading blogs and poems that I identify with immediately. I worked in retail and retail management for years, and due to the tough job market I'm probably about to get into it again. So I loved it when I read a poem today titled, "How Not To Bitch-Slap Your Customer!"

As the poets have mournfully sung,
death takes the innocent young,
the rolling in money,
the screamingly funny,
and those who are very well hung.
