My pick would be The Cure or Nick Cave + The Bad Seeds

As far as non-gothy goes I'd pick U2 or the cranberries.

My first instinct is Megadeth, after which I'd probably have to say Judas Priest, The Cure, and Black Sabbath.

FUCK Runescape. We're not in middle school here, with the exception of xCire_Starzx or whatever

I change my answer to the Flaming Lips.
Or the Velvet Underground.

Tom Waits
Velvet Underground
Holy Modal Rounders
The Pogues (only when Shane MacGowan was in charge - Waiting for Herb & Pogue Mahone can suck my proverbial)

One of those... and whichever one I picked, I'd regret the other three like fuck.

Probably The Cure or Deftones. What a difficult question though.
