For the last decade every time i see the word Alabama i hear Tom Hanks in my head: Greenbow AL AH BAMAH!!. It doesn't go away.

Shit, i thought it was bad here in Louisiana...only 2/5 fifth graders here wear Goodwill clothes.

Yeah, it was my side: I was using my son's computer and his Firefox had some funky display security settings instead of the default. I can see everything fine on my computer and my phone.

I have awesome style, clearly. Age has not improved my wardrobe much if I'm honest. Only thing that's changed since I was 18 is that not everything I own is black.

I wasn't expecting my sister to want to go to the beach with me while she was down. That's why I'm wearing rolled up cargo pants and make up. Bleh. I had fun at the beach, anyway. I kept my kids tethered to me with the straps from a pair of tripp pants I bought 6 years ago. Handy things to have when you have 2 autistic kids in public. I was trying to get my son to wave at the camera. That's why my hand is up.

It's mostly down to the fact that I just don't care all that much. As long as my clothes are clean and fit, that's all I really care about. Besides, right now I don't have the time to spend hours picking out perfectly co ordinated outfits like my sister does.

I honestly don't get people who spend hours getting dressed. I'm not kidding when I say my sister will spend two hours getting ready to go to a 10 minute doctors appointment and over four hours getting ready for a night out :-/

I'm a smug looking motherfucker in that first pic and I fucking LOVE that hat. As soon as the weather gets rough, I'll be wearing it everyday. I may be nearly 30 but I will not be even slightly ashamed of wearing it. Best festival purchase EVER.
