Well, sometimes a piece of fabric is the wrong size and shape, some times I need to shorten a length of wire or yarn, my favorite reason is to remove pretty pictures from magazines.

Most of the times it's to clip a lot of coupons. And truth be told, I do get a little depressed ... I don't end up using many of them, and I sometimes forget to bring the ones I would use along when I go on my grocery runs.

No, I have one of those. It doesn't do much good when you forget to look in it before you go shopping. Then I get to the store and feel bewildered. And I feel like people just don't understand me. And then I get depressed again.
But cutting more coupons makes me feel better! ;-)

My brother, he's a cutter. Five days a week, every week, he just cuts. He also chops, that's how out of hand he is. We've tried to stop him but people just love pork chops too much, you know what I mean?

Cutting is for pussies. Seriously just get it over with and use a gun. I do and I never looked back. Two bullets in the head, and bam! you have dinner. Use it to read a magazine, to turn on your t.v., you can even use it to drive a car. And, after you robbed a gas station for that magazine, threatened your family into being a personal remote, and hi-jacked a car, you can still use it to get away from the world and go on a vacation to Mexico. What can a knife do? Seriously.

Oh, I remember. I also had a real penchant for cutting classes. My parents said that I was tearing them apart, and if I couldn't hack school how could I shred my way through the world? But I didn't give a rip. I wanted a future tailored to my desires; I wanted a slice of life of my own choosing. And whether I was young and trim or old and pruned, I would always look back at my life with nothing by sheer pride due to having hewn it my own way.
