Alien/Martian Movies, etc.
Dear Folks,
One Hallowe'en I dressed as a Martian Goth (you know with the antennae deeley-bobs, and phosphorescent make-up, etc.).
So, I got to thinking about Martian/Alien movies, TV shows, cartoons, etc. (Right now I'm watching 3-2-1 Penguins). So, what are your favorite Alien/Martian Movies, cartoons, etc.?
My faves: "Independence Day"
"Mars Attacks"
"Mars Invaderz"
"Invaders From Mars"
"Alien"
"Alien vs Predator"
"Mothra"
"Godzilla"
"Star Wars" - the whole shebang.
"The Martian Chronicles"
"Star Trek" (Gotta love Mr. Spock).
"Mork and Mindy"
"My Favorite Martian"
"V"
"Alien Nation"
Cartoon characters, for me, would include Marvin the Martian, Duck Dodgers, Invader Zim, Midgel and Kevin (from 3-2-1 Penguins), etc.

I love Invader Zim.
Sorry Duane. I forgot a lot of them. Like the one with Karen Allen and Beau Bridges -- can't remember the name. I also can't remember the name of the movie with the little mini-martians, either (the ones who come in through the window of the nursing home).
I remembered "Day of the Trifids" though, and "The Thing." Oh, and one of my all-time favorites -- "The Last Starfighter."

Alien VS Predator one was decent, worth renting or recieving as a present. But not to spend mony on by yourself.
AVP two on the other hand sucked and shouldve been stabbed and doused with holy water.
Recently I saw District 9, best Sci-Fi action movie since Terminater 2 in my opinion.

Raptor, thanks. I was thinking of "Total Recall.", which I obviously don't have. Oh, and yes there is a Triffids movie. Total hokey 50's B-movie (should have been an 'F'). I think the triffids are giant man-eating orchids.
