A disgustingly delicious sandwich of my own design.
A sandwich with chicken slices, pesto pasta, dressing and cheese

Tomato soup my way (made with soy milk, cracked pepper, fresh tomato and tomatillo slices and topped with veggie Jack cheese), coupled with thin-sliced whole wheat grilled veggie jalapeno cheese and avacado sandwich.

Homemade veggie wrap with avacadoes, tomatillos and Naan bread. What I'm not eating right now...obviously Twinkies. (Not that you can find any, anymore).

Was watching a cooking show called The Irish Kitchen, and got hungry. Didn't have anything but the arugula. So, I tried my own version of her yummy sandwich. A whole wheat Naan bread wrap with arugula, 4-cheese Italian veggie cheese, roasted red peppers and onions with avocado and Italian style zucchini, and a dollop of honey dijon ranch with cracked pepper. Turned out to be pretty good.
