Most of the time, if I'm reaching for something, someone taller will get it and hand it to me.

At first, I thought people were just being considerate.

Then I realized it was mostly men my age.

Now I'm always determined to get it myself. (Condescending tall bastard men)

Ahh, see guys think they don't have to do anything for me because I'm not this delicate little flower. Even my husband, while he sometimes helps me carry things, just seems to think I can carry as much as he can (which is BS cuz he has much stronger arms).

Lucky. I get treated like a doll.

The truth is, I'm pretty strong. They just see "small, cute face" and automatically think "heehee, weak girl in need of knight".

Ooh, how I'd love to kick most of them in the shins with my Mary Janes.

I remember when I used to think this stuff was awesome and wanted it. It feels really good to be over it.

Yes you can. I am cute and I am adorable and I am much taller than you and I wear heels. You lose, uncutie.

Hot Topic would have a better reputation if they weren't so damn expensive. I do shop there, but I go straight for the clearance rack(took me 7 damn years to finally get a pair of Tripp pants in my size and color. I'm very petite). I end up getting a lot of my stuff from Spencers and *gasps* Claire's(they have a nice little "goth/emo" section). They both know how to sell stuff at reasonable price.

Back on topic, I. Want. A. Corset!

But they're to too expensive and I have damn DD cup breasts!

DDs aren't an issue if you're getting a corset, at all, you just have to adjust the lacing to accommodate them.

I saw this in store, in the grey colour, and I really want it. Its so soft and seems so well made! And I need new sweaters because all mine from last year are pilly. Its only forty, but I can't justify that on a sweater right now Or anything for myself until after Christmas. Gah.
