Another Despanan Play is being produced!
Hey guys, so this is the biggest thing that's happened to me so far, in either may or June, I have a short play being produced by State Of Play Productions.
This is kinda serious, I'm part of a group of 10 up and coming playwrights who are each producing a twenty minute play or film for a run of performances in late May/Early June. The really cool thing is, this show has a total budget of $5000, and it looks like I'm actually going to get paid this time.
So I'm happy about that.
Also, NO. this is not the secret.

Yeah, I'm fairly excited about it. The kickoff meeting was in this posh apartment that's apparently owned by this RIDICULOUSLY wealthy patron of theirs.
Like I'm talking beautiful view of the Hudson river, walls covered in huge paintings that are changed monthly because she owns the museums they're on display in sort of wealthy.
