I never claimed he was without remorse. Nor did I claim that I knew all of the circumstances, merely that "knowing he was drunk", $haDe "insisted that he must come".

While $haDe's posts certainly invite interpretation, what seems the most generous interpretation to me is that he at least acted as if he genuinely wanted the guy to come, so that he could later use the event as leverage when asking that his boyfriend not drink. I actually find it more likely that this post is $haDe's effort to backpedal and rationalize his actions, in much the same way that Unimatrix claims that the post-pubescent age at which she tortured a cat was "too young to know right from wrong".
Either way, while what $haDe did wasn't murderous, it was definitely homicidally irresponsible. I'd have difficulty respecting him even if he had some redeeming quality beyond 'cuteness', which isn't really of much value to me anyway.

People should stop hitting on $hade. Most of the time it is just gross. "Get a $hade Toy?" Totally inappropriate.
Duckman is getting banned all of the time, because he is just trying to sell porn. He'll put any stupid on the forum to see if he can get clicks. I clicked once. It was disgusting. Full on sex, no charge. Maybe it was a sample, but it doesn't belong on the forum.

$hade, from what the Judge has heard, it was NOT your fault. Whilst pressuring a drunk person to drive is undoubtedly irresponsible, the final decision to do so rests with the driver. What happened was simply a combination of bad decisions and horrific luck, which even the Judge could potentially fall foul of one day.
