OOOH God
My head hurts, got a lot of worries on my mind. But for right now I'm going to talk about my hair, yay, like any of you give a shit. Anyway, still haven't dyed it black. I'm going to dye it in January, the start of a new year and a new hair color!

What magpie means is theres one massive thread for everyone to post hair related ramblings in, and so this wasn't neccessary. But seen as you've made it I'll contribute:
If you're dying it permanent black, make sure you're certain thats what you want to have for a long time, its a bitch to get rid of, plus if you have un brown hair naturally, itlooks silly when you;'re roots come through.
Other than that, good idea about the new year, new hair.
Edit: If you like the black hair once you';ve had it done, try putting a small amount of another colour in your hair as well, that usually looks nice if done well

The only way I managed to get rid of black was to cut all my hair off. In six months i died it back to black again anyway. I figured i liked it that way.

I'm originaly blonde and I dye my hair black. I know I can't dye it any other colour now, because I would have to cut my hair really short. It isin't really an option as I like having long hair.
But black hair is fun, apart from the monthly regrowth

I have naturally light hair & dyed it black.. When it was time to let the natural color grow back, I used mascara over the roots at first, then later had to resort to
hats & tying my hair back. Other times I just though "the hell with it", and went out with the roots showing. Once someone told me I looked like my hair was falling out.

Argh my hair is growing out its roots again. It's so annoying having light colored hair when you wish it was dark.
At least if you had dark hair to begin with and dyed it another darker color you wouldn't notice the roots as much v_v
(just bought ANOTHER box of dye! now I have to wait till my hair goes greasy to dye it again)

My hair is blue. Can you imagine how my dark brown roots look against that?
