To live to die, then to live again and then to die again. It's like recycling but a bit more destructive. It's exist , you used it on the wrong term.

Well there are some people who do remember things that never happened to them and then there are hospitals, my theory is when a baby is born the same minute a person dies and their soul is purified and it go to a new body, then it repeats its self again.

Can you test this and demonstrate evidence for it, in a way that others can observe? If not then you don't have a theory, you have a fantasy.
