For some reason I just thought of a song a kid made up in my German class freshman year in high school. The lyrics were just him repeating "Bob Dylan Sucks" in a real musical voice and a few other things. It was pretty funny.

I almost died when I was sixteen, I had a horrid case of pneumonia and doctors say that if I ever get it again...then I'm a gonner. I assume all those cigarettes probably didn't help my lungs any.... : /
