Concerts

[Icarian Decoding]

So, I did a quick search, and nothing relevant came up. I'm hoping it's nothing been posted before, and if it has, I'd like the link.

What are some of the better concerts/ more memorable concerts you have been too? Are they worth going to?

I'm thinking of going to the "Unholy Alliance" concert, sometime this June. It's supposedly got Mastodon playing, and that'd be a plus.

I've seen The Birthday Massacre twice, and they were awesome both times. I've seen Tori Amos three times, and she's always incredible. A couple of years ago, I saw Lacuna Coil headline and they were absolutely amazing! I was also pleasantly surprised by Sonata Arctica. They put on a great show. Disturbed is quite good live too. Tomorrow night I'll be heading out to see Rob Zombie and Lacuna Coil.

Some of the more disappointing concerts I've been to would include Evanescence (they hadn't even completed sound checks or anything before going on stage, and they stopped several times in between songs to fix things....they seemed very unprofessional), Cold, Social Distortion, and Marilyn Manson (he puts on a great show with lots of props, but it was obvious that he and his band weren't actually singing/playing....merely acting).
