Baby Bat, Baby Bat, Baby Bat.
1. What do you do? (Hobbies, job)
I'm currently a 17 year old high school student, in my senior year. I volunteer at my school's cafeteria and the local old folk's center. I like to make baked goods and hand them off to random people I know.
2. Where are you from?
British Columbia, Canada.
3. Who is your favorite author?
Probably Natsuo Kirino... or H.P Lovecraft? No, real author I could consider my true "favorite" really. Don't really pay attention to whom is writing the novel I'm picking up.
4. What are your favorite films?
Requiem for a Dream, Audition, 28 Days Later, Perfect Blue, Alien, Johnny Mnemonic, Blue Velvet...
5. What music do you want played at your wedding?
Perhaps It's a bit of an odd choice but, "In Dreams" by Roy Orbison.
6. At your funeral?
"Death to Everyone" by Bonnie "Prince" Billy Or maybe "How to Dissapear Completely" by Radiohead.
7. This IS a gothic website, so... how do you want to die?
I'd like to be killed fighting off evil robots during the coming robot wars.
8. What kind of casket would you want?
Doesn't matter to me. I want to be cremated. Wrap me in a bed sheet and toss me into a fire for all I care. Or even better, roast me on a spit. Free meat for the homeless!
9. What's your FAVORITE outfit?
I guessss.... Combat Boots + Black Stockings + Grey Plaid Skirt + I (Heart) Zombies shirt + Army Jacket.
10. What's one thing you miss about being a little kid?
Being able to spin in circles for like, 20 minutes without feeling like I'm going to puke.
11. What's your favorite band/singers?
Ugh, too many to choose from. A few would be.... The Smashing Pumpkins, The Birthday Massacre, Angelspit, Placebo, The Smiths, Jack Off Jill, Siouxsie & the Banshees, Roy Orbison, Lords of Acid.
12. What kind of education do you have? What is/was/will be your major?
I'm almost finished High School. When I eventually go to college I'm considering doing something to do with any one of these things; Culinary Arts, Psychology, Nutrition or Funeral Directing.
13. Why did you join?
Seemed like a good place to meet people with similar interests.
14. If the first 13 questions didn't give it away. What is your gender?
Female.

This made me laugh. Nobody is really around, so I'm tempted to give it a try for old time's sake.
Also, welcome.

Welcome and please stay.

Welcome,
my dear child.
It is with deepest
sincerity
that I hope
you pursue
a position
as funeral
director.
The number
of dying
increases
every year
thus the world
needs
more funerals.

Well, I planned on just editing my initial post, as I hadn't given a proper reply, but, it wouldn't let me do it due to the time limit.
@Versus: Were you successful in spinning in circles for a long while without getting sick?
@Apathy's_Child: Eh? Had an influx of teeny bopper baby bats worshiping the likes of Jhonen Vasquez, Tim Burton and Marylin Manson? and feeling as though this makes them superior to supposed "preps" or some such?
@HumanePain: Well, I'd certainly never be out of work, wouldn't I? Unless Death decides he doesn't want to do his job anymore... (:
@*Twitch: Well... I haven't gotten around to reading all of his stories so I feel as though I can't quite yet choose one without having read them all.
@the-nihlist: Ah... Never really had many to begin with.
Sorry for not just adding this in the first place...

I was, and it was amazing. I'm considering jumping on my bed next.

I would take a glance at the other introductions. Sometimes it's pretty amusing.

Yeah, the most common welcoming words to g-net for the last year or so have been "fuck off and die".

Well, hopefully with time most of them will get better? I remember being quite the dunce on the internet around the ages of 11-14 or so.... Unless some of them are already adults. Then I wouldn't expect much of a change.
Thank You for the welcoming, Mariner & Onyxbat.

Welcome to G.net. Don't really have anything to say that hasn't already been said...Except maybe chocolate and cola pancakes.
