Actually, it's a "lame" IRISH cocept! =) And now, for the crime of calling Hallow's Eve "lame", go to your room and listen to 'Halloween' by Ministry 666 times. Don't dream it, be it!

I prefer "Everyday is Halloween" to "Halloween" myself. Old school Ministry has its charm.

Yay, I dressed up as Slash when I was about 14!
Originally, my daughter was demanding I dress up as Inuyasha and she wanted to go as Kagome. I'm so glad she changed her mind! Instead, we're both dressing up as dark faries.

Mmm yes..
It's on my Netflix list because I was too broke to see it in the theater..
Of course when you have seen Andrew Lloyd Webber do it on Broadway, the movie can't be NEARLY as cool..
( Take That!! :P )

This year, I'm going as Darth Revan from the Knights of the Old Republic games...I'm making my own Dark Jedi outfit and lightsaber, so this has been an interesting year for preparations.

Not really sure what I'm doing this year costume-wise.
Possibly going with the whole bizzaro thang, tennis or soccer player.
Possibly.
More than likely, I'll just go with my year-after-year-after-year outfit, Malibu Morticia.
Ciao.

I'm not sure I can believe I'm admitting to it... but I'm going as (a female version of) Severus Snape, from the Harry Potter books.
Hey, I've got the nose for it, and the complection, and the hair, and the clothes...

Nyquil, that's awesome ^.^
I'm thinking of basing my costume off of a song by The Birthday Massacre called "Happy Birthday" (I wore my black and white dress to the birthday masscre, birthday massacre.. I wore my black and red dress). I guess I'm going to get this fabric I saw with thick black and white beetlejuice stripes, make a gothic loli dress out of it and cover with fake blood and carry around some kind of foam knife or ax or something. (I think my friend said "stick it in the back of her head"...)

That's pretty flipping awesome Nyquil. I for one love Snape so that's an awesome idea for a costume. Congrats. I wanted to be a Hogwarts student but I don't think I'll have time to collect the pieces of clothing I need.

Hmmm, let's see. Knowing me (which I tend to do rather well, I like to think of myself as an authority on the subject of me.) I'll probably end up drunk and hiding in a bush with a garden hose, ready to spray down those fucking highschoolers who always think it's a fun idea to throw shitpaper around my apartment building or egg's at my car.
Been a tradition for two years now and I can't cound the number of jerkoffs I've hosed down on that lovely cold october night.
I hope the fuckers all got sick and died, asphixiating on their own lung butter.

I don't know what I'm doing for Halloween, but I know my daughter is going "gothic" this year, I bought her this lil black lacy dress, and added some mods to it. She keeps getting in her closet and putting it on. She friggin loves it. If I could get her to sit still long enough to do the vampire fangs, she'd do that too, but she's only 2, so that ain't happening.

Put a twist to it, and don't call yourself a "Gothic Ballerina" you name yourself something different like..."Dancer of the Moonlight"
