I had an awesome nap and when I woke up my cat Lucy was asleep next to me. She never cuddles unless I pick her up and make her stay.

Found out one of my professors is an anarchist. Enjoyed that.

I found them at a local record store, and they are:

Burzum-Anthology

Darkthrone-Dark Thrones and Black Flags

I talked to the guy working behing the counter (turned out he was a big into black metal) and that the store is working on getting some more early Darkthrone and Bathory stuff. I will be going back soon!!!

I enjoy Burzum a lot. Has a nice raw sound. Don't really favor Darkthrone much.

Moussaka! It's a homemade lamb moussaka for dinner at our house tonight. The recipe I prefer calls for white wine, of which I have downed more than I have put in the food...

I miss having a local record shop! People there are the best and try so hard to find what you want. Plus, they are informed, instead of looking at you with a blank stare and drooling slightly. You are really fortunate.

My record store is local, but they only hire hipsters and scenesters who always recomend streight-edge hardcore.

On the other hand, I found half a pack of cigarettes in my (other) doc matens!

Happened to me once. I was really stoked, because I was all out and skint. But then I wasn't that happy, because they smelled like my foot and tasted really stale...

That didn't happen with these, but they weren't my brand, so I don't know where they came from. They were filterless lucky strikes, no less, and they only sell them at a couple stores this far "north", and the cheap cigs that everyone smokes here are Pall Malls.

I fucking love unfiltered luckies. If I want them, I have to get them from Germany though, they don't sell them here. I mostly smoke JPS blacks , Luckies, Unfiltered Camels, or St. Michael's.

ON the other hand, I just found out that Rizzlas were banned where I live (something about flavored tobacco products getting young kids to smoke cigs), and the only place to get BLUE rizzlas is mail from my friend's family in Ireland. I smoked the most disgusting spliff of my life yesterday.

I thought the only flavoured rizzies were the liquorice ones.

Those were the only ones they sell in southern IL, because college students are pussies about their smokables and always need things that taste like candy. The next best thing is Top or something, but they didn't have them in the size of the rolling machine... but I think we'll just do two-skinner instead of this nasty "tobacco" flavored kind. It was tobacco flavored like candy is fruit-flavored.

They have weird cigarettes in America. Beagle brought some wanky shit back called Camel Crush. Like, you can smoke 'em normal or as menthol. Seriously, who wants that???

Your comparison of scenesters to straight edge hardcore punk is horrifying.
