I got pushed out of bed this morning, it was a playfull push and she feels really bad about it but it still hurt(I still love her though)

on the way out the door I fell and broke four of five wooden steps on my way down on top of that i cut my finger on my own thumb nail!

Damn rheumatoid arthritis. I feel like a ninety year old.

My bones are creaking
as I walk weakly.
My backyard
is a lightyear away.
I try hard
but here I must lay,
a living corpse
who has lost Death's Way.

Holy shit. That is insane. Do you sharpen your nails or something? Or was it just jammed that hard?

My gran has that and i have slight arthritis in my fingers. She says the worst thing you could do is stop moving. She says that keeping your hands busy helps with it. I learned to knit and it seems to help a bit. Are you on meds for it?

Yes, and the meds and staying active does help, but about once a year or sometimes twice, I get a really bad flare up and my fingers swell so large I cannot wear my rings, and it takes me forever to get out of the car, etc., all the stuff you guys take for granted.

This is that one time a year.

Another couple of weeks and it will go away. I just had to whine because of the freakin' pain.

ooh, me to. I hate it when I get a crick in my neck right before dance. Like when I can't bend it to the side all the way, but my coach-lady still makes me do the damn stretching exercises where you move your head one way, your hips another, and extending legs. It hurts.

Hmm. Unfortunately for some being overly active can also cause it to flare up, or so say my parents who have arthritis. I hate when they get those pains; I can't empathize at all and I don't know what to do for them.

Mrs. Straker: Your signature reminded me of that
great classic jazz song:

"Peel me a grape"

It did? I don't know that song. Sorry....

With a title like that, though, it had better be good. Is it?
My quote comes from the Simpsons episode where Lisa is encouraging Marge to be honest at the store and Marge asks the cashier to ring her up for 2 grapes. The cashier, of course, is very rude and sarcastic in answering her. What a great show.

It is one of my favorite courtship songs! Here is an amateur version, but it is a fair rendition of the song.

That chick was cute. No, I don't like girls. Good song, too. I could see myself taking a romantic walk in the park with the street lamps just turned on while she sang it.

Humane, I'm sorry to hear you are feeling poorly. Believe me, I feel your pain! I've been feeling like I'm about ninety myself for about ten years now, off and on. I can't explain it to people my age, they don't get it. I hope you are feeling better soon!

the female mind operates in such a manner as to punish the male for what he doesn't know he did
