It's difficult to find an authentic Egyptian picture of an ankh enclosed in a sun disc. This is because for the most part Egyptians depicted the ankh symbol as a quality which was bestowed by some divine agency, not a property of a thing. I could have found a thousand Egyptian images of the Aten sun disc offering ankh symbols with it's solar hands or I could have found a modern image.
In the end I settled for this one which has an ankh attached to the sun itself by means of a cobra. I feel that what it lacks in exactly satisfying the criteria of the directive, it more than makes up for in being metal as all fuck.
