Two faced

Do you ever find yourself feeling like you have two faces? Far too often I find myself getting angry (not violently of course) at someone or something and then quite soon after apologizing even though the reason for my anger is quite a bit more often than not, a legitimate reason. Now of course I'm not saying I get angry often, just that it keeps happening often when I do.

I find this to be quite infuriating to be honest because it makes me feel quite weak, I have plenty of stamina when it comes to other more positive emotions and actions, but not when it comes to being angry.

Is it really as bad of an issue as my frustration makes it out to be? After all I keep telling people that spite never leads anywhere good. Does anyone else find themselves feeling this way, and/or how do you deal with it?

I rarely get angry, I'm very placid as a rule. I only tend to get angry when I see someone being unjust to someone I care about. My anxiety outweighs any other emotion I feel though and I tend to mask that heavily so sometimes I do feel like I have two faces but not for the same reason as you.
