Just found out that UPS couldn't deliver something to me because supposedly my house isn't real, what the hell? Maybe I live in another dimension? I also found out that my personal info might've been taken by some dumbass hacker who hacked into PSN.

Actually, there's a lot of speculation that it's a group of people getting even with Sony for clamping down on people jailbreaking or installing alternate OS's on the PS3.

Then there's the whole "Superman will renounce his U.S. citizenship" storyline that's coming in the comics ... SHEESH!

I understand the logic ... I'm just saying it's another foolish step on the path of making comics fit a social agenda in the real world. Also, I'm of the opinion that they just are having trouble coming up with good plot ideas ... as if that walking across America storyline wasn't lame enough.

Speaking of reflecting the real world, I'm surprised they don't have someone hounding him to present his birth certificate or have someone calling him on not having a deed to that land in Antarctica? (Or did I miss the issue where the world unanimously said he could have it?)

The local NBC television affiliate station here in Houston pre-empted tonight's episode of "The Office" in which Michael Scott (played by Steve Carell, who is leaving the series) makes his final goodbye. It's a landmark episode in one of the most popular series of the day, and they've bumped it to 2:30am ... for a local weather special!

Now if this was Alabama or Mississippi or one of the other states that endured the massive storms and tornadoes over the last couple of days, I could understand it a little. But here in Texas the only thing that's been remarkable has been the near lack of weather. All of the state is experiencing severe to extreme draught - some areas haven't had an inch of measurable precipitation in the last six months. That's not news-worthy or needing of a prime-time half-hour special.

And this wasn't about Texas weather. This program was just a chance for the affiliates top weather-person to expound on how and why these storms raged across the eastern portion of the United States. He was showing off his knowledge. I watched 5 minutes of it just to be sure.

Ego-fed idiocy. Boy, they've pissed me off!

My hand fucking hurts, right where my thumb connects down to my wrist. I have no idea what I have done to it. It was like this about a month and a half ago but after a couple of days it was fine and now it just started up again out of the blue.

My boyfriend's brothers have a band, and they suck...but they think they're amazing, so they play all of the time, and they play really loudly.

I am $3 too short in my paypal account to order my custom dreads.
It's not like I HAVE TO place the order now, it's just the sooner I do, the sooner I'll get them.
So I'm pissed.

Yeah Shannon took a look at it today (yay physical therapy major!) and said it is most likely repetitive motion injury. She did a little massage and it felt better and I just need to wear the brace when I'm doing certain things so she wants me to keep it in my bag every day.

You are such a bad patient!! - Like me... teehee!

Yes, it is possible to rage a fever away. I usually lay in bed, with a ton of blankets on, a hot water bottle, a bottle of water by the bed, and I bake myself until it breaks (athough thi9s is not medical advice ).

In other rage news, I hate fake fingernails!

I found out today that the man living in the apartment across from mine killed his step-daughter a few days ago...
I have to move (again) now, and put my dog down so I can get into another apartment.
Not to mention we're using the money that was supposed to be for my grad present (my first vacation, Florida) to get said new apartment.
I have given up on being content with life, it has been shitting on me non-stop for the past 7 years.
And I really do mean non-stop...

No, he turned himself in.
He went to Michigan, where she moved to, and shot her.
Then he turned himself in.
This guy held the door for me before.
He lived RIGHT ACROSS FROM ME.
I just feel sick...

Dear lord, had this happened near me I'd definitely be freezing up in panic attacks too. And at the moment feel like garbage, knowing that I'm capable of doing nothing for strangers in distress; save from slinging around intangible sympathetic platitudes online.
