100g dark chocolate
75g butter
Salty balls

Break your chocolate into small, manageable lumps and place it in a heatproof bowl inside a saucepan of simmering water. Add butter and put on a low heat until the chocolate and butter have melted together, creating a nice smooth chocolate sauce.

Dunk your salty balls in the melted chocolate and allow to cool. Sprinkle frosting sugar on them if desired and enjoy.

I just mixed together the basis of a really nice porridge. Bog standard porridge oats, Rye flakes, spelt flakes and a handful of crushed almonds.

I also made a topper for it from raisins, dried cranberries, dried apricots (chopped) linseeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and a bit of dessicated coconut.

Goths are just more picky about what they eat than Neanderthals. No biggie.

So, I still say I'm not a cookie person, but I made the chocolate chip cookies from the Vegan With A Vengeance cookbook and I think I'm in danger of the diabetes now.

Dude...

Fresh chopped mushrooms
Fresh sliced onions
Red wine
Olive Oil
Fresh crushed garlic
Italian seasonings

Let this get good and hot until onions are almost clear

Add

Quartered up roma tomatoes, about 4 tomatoes

Let this cook up, adding more wine and oil to keep it from burning. Occasionally mash the tomatoes around

Boil a pot of noodles

Once the tomatoes are kind of soupy, add chunks of chicken or beef

Let that cook til the chicken or beef is almost done and add some baby spinach to taste. Once the spinach is almost wilted, add the noodles, then add a FUCK LOAD of mozzarella cheese. Mix this all together until well coated all around.

Serve this mother fucker!

Should take about 25 mins to cook AFTER the veggies have been chopped up and prepared for cooking. I generally keep the heat going between medium and medium high, alternating to keep things from getting burnt.

The same person XD They're all by Isa Chandra Moskowitz, with Terry Hope on VCTOTW and the Veganomicon (have you made the chickpea cutlets yet?) They also hosted a public access cooking show together.

I tend to stalk my favourite cookbook authors online. I still cherish the day Sarah Kramer told me I'm awesome.

I've been on such a health kick lately that fatty and sugary foods have become genuinely unappealing. Fruit is now my crack and I crave it every second I'm not eating it.

Most widely available Indian food is rather nasty, but I have found that it is a world away from what good Indian food is. I suppose when spices account for most of the flavor in the dish you can't really skimp on the quality and freshness of those spices or else you get icky food.
