I hate the snow so much. We got about 8 inches up here, and I have to put up with the most idiotic people when driving through it. I found out yesterday, maybe I should get some new tires soon, I need more traction. But at least my four wheel drive works.

Yes, you get a cookie for for geographic broad knowledge, but no. Ever since the Civil War and uh, the general maintenance of states rights, different states have different laws. Proximity to another state does not render the laws similar.
And federal laws are the same in all states. Seriously. Bankruptcy laws are the same everywhere. "Federal". Go figure.

My Nana is really sick, her memory is going so fast that she doesn't even remember who most of the family is. I can't even just go visit here without warning because she lives in Wales and it's a long journey.Aside from that,when I went to visit her in the summer, she didn't even know who I was and she got upset because she didn't remember me. This really sucks.

That's how I was with my Monte before I did and bodywork, but I just want to get around with dying ouot here, people drive stupid, the DOT doesn't plow good enough, and there's glaze ice everywhere this morning.

Get some decent winter tires or some chains. Spikes are bloody expensive. I recommend chains, for driving on ice.

So last night I wrote notes on my roommates doors (we all have marker boards) letting them know that from now on we really can't use dish rags.
This happened because they keep getting left in the sink and therefor not drying out (which has been an issue in the past), this time it was infested with fruit flies (of various stages of life). I don't use them but simply having that in the sink is just disgusting, not to mention that I'm using dishes that are getting washed with that.
Well my roommate one took issue with the fact that I left a note instead of talking about it (Kevin asked me about it and just kind of went "Oh okay" and that was that). I explained that I noticed the issue when she was not here and while Kevin was asleep and I didn't think it warranted a phone call and I didn't know when I would see her again (which wasn't until about 10 min ago). She then went off on me about all of the other problems that she has been having with the state of the apartment and how Jake and I leave stuff everywhere (stuff like the tin of popcorn on the table) and how I always claim that I clean up after everyone but I never even clean up after myself (the fact that I knew how icky the dishrag was because I had cleaned the sink was completely ignored, as was the fact that I clean the kitchen counters multiple times a week because mysterious sticky spots show up, and instead she fixated on the fact that I hadn't cleaned up my plate from dinner yet). On top of that after every time I made a valid point, even when she conceded that what I said was right she just switched the topic to a different problem (she cycled through about 4) until I said "Okay look, I don't think this talk isn't going anywhere productive so lets all just try and be mindful of each other" which seemed to stun her into silence as she seemed to really want a fight (perhaps to blow some steam but really I don't have a clue).
*bleh* I understand different people having different idea of what is clean and tidy but that dishrag was beyond any definition of clean and you don't freak out when someone lets you know that something you do is causing a problem.
