I have noticed that any goth-related violence will receive high profile coverage in the media. But it seems to be no big deal that inner city kids abduct, kill, ****, and deal drugs all the time among their own. If one is to walk the thin line of labelling a particular sub-culture as "evil," there are far more prevalent and violent subcultures available, but this is comparatively overlooked. Political correctness at work?

These girls are not known for being intelligent. Furthermore, they are doing the whole OC thing where not fitting in REALLY is the worst possible thing that can happen to you. I always want to kidnap people like these and take them downtown to the industrial part of LA and leave them there. At dusk. Aaaagh.

Well said.
But what did they mean by "gothy" from there view point they could see anyone not where name brand items or anyone with dyed hair "gothy." That class could have had no Goths (unlikely) in it what so ever, maybe they were with a bunch of hippies or non-conformist types. The one did go to fashion institute after all, I always find those people quite queer.
