My Re-Introduction

Good day once again to all here at gothic.net. Most of you (if anyone)
more than likely won't remember me, but I have signed up many weeks ago.
I'm delighted to say, though, that this divorce has just been made final,
and to make things even better, my boyfriend lent me his old computer so
that I could bare until I can afford one new.

Many things have happened in my life while I've been gone. First of all,
I know that I'm going to take part in a deathrock band soon. I won't make
a career out of it, I would simply like to create worthwhile music.
If you'd like to know about the band, read on. Otherwise, skip to the next
paragraph. I have decided that the band should be named 'Dementia' in lieu
of many different things. We play a certain brand of deathrock similar to
Bauhaus, Joy Division, and Nick Cave. I'm looking for members at the very
moment, so anyone interested should inquire.

My boyfriend James and I celebrated our first anniversary last weekend.
It genuinely occurs on the 18th of this month, but that was as close as
we could schedule our visit. I may post a picture or two of James in the
future, but I'm still considering it.

I have found the joys of nature as well. When the computer was taken from
my loving embrace, I decided to go on a twice-daily walk on the dirt road
beside my residence. I now stop to 'smell the flowers' so-to-speak and really
absorb the comforts and beauty of the natural world.

In two to three weeks I shall take my GED exam and, shortly thereafter, obtain
a job from (hopefully) a Gamestop or records store. My life has varily excelled
in such a short ammount of time, and I am feeling more optimistic than ever.
My social skills are improving (thanks to the abscence of he-who-will-not-be-mentioned)
and my psyique is improving as well. (I'm much happier now! Oh, no! I'm not
gawthick anymore!)

I have also recently purchased the complete tales and poems of Edgar Allan
Poe, which obviously delighted me.

Well, I hope to gain many anew intelligent acquaintances and express many
insulting opinions here on gnet. That's all for now, I suppose.

I predicted as much. Syn is my own take on Invader Zim. I have a much newer and better picture I drew of him, though. I need to change my avatar soon.
