Aw lucky tee hee.
I have hands with sort of shortish fingers. I keep my finger nails on the short side because they chip off less this way.
My hands are knitting hands lol.

I suppose it takes practice. I would really love to learn how to make armwarmers. I like those and having nice warm ones would be helpful for the winter.

Omg I so made some of those this summer! I tested them on rainy cold days when I was riding my bike and stuff. They are very nice and super easy to make lol.

I just need some yarn, some knitting needles, and a book to tell me how to do it.

I thought it was pretty easy to learn, but I had to practice a lot.
And books, I love books lol. The last book I bought was about the history of the mafia. Pretty interesting stuff tee hee.

I love books too. They are awesome. My favorite book is Lord of the Rings. What about you?

You know it's been a good night when you don't even come home in the same shoes you went out in.

Right now, I think my favorite book is "Galilee" by Clive Barker. Its sort of like a romance but not so sappy. Another close favorite would be "Misery" by Stephen King. And I thought the movie was creepy lol.

lol. Thats awesome
I think I can be too sometimes sort of.
One of the things I loved about "Galilee" was the characters. They were very well developed and very interesting. Yay for books.

I knit... Never made armwarmers but I've made some wicked looking sweaters so I could easily do them... they'd just be like the sleeve without the rest of the sweater and a more elastic top. I also sew (which I mentioned over in fashions I think).
Books are awesome... I can be a bit of a romantic sometimes, but moreso with poetry than novels. I love poetry... been told mine isn't bad, but I think it sucks.
There... gratuitous catchup post on... whatever.

I personally have never even tried to make a sweater. If I can't do mittens then I'm not sure how successful a sweater would be.
I also love poetry. I also write poetry. Wow man lol.

Sweaters aren't that hard... probably easier than mittens but harder than a scarf. I tried mittens once too but the thumb didn't work too well... I can do fingerless gloves though.

Too bad I can't get pay without work. Well, unless I win the lottery or unlock the secrets of alchemy or something... which would pretty much kick ass.

The Canadian Derby is today in my home-city of Edmonton. Its the biggest thoroughbred race in Alberta, and maybe in Canada, with a $300,000 purse. Why am I telling you this? Because I love horse racing. My favorite jockey is riding horse #3. Post time is in 5 minutes! I'm so excited!!

After the race: Its a good thing I wasn't at the track because I would have lost $20.

Oh my god that guy in Keane is fucking adorable.
But, that wasn't what I was going to say.
I was just eating crackers, and I must have been eating them pretty vehemently, because somehow I got a cracker crumb in my eye.

I don't mind things that are half-done, as long as the half that's done is the half that was good to begin with. Better to have the cool half than the rotten half.
