They usually have fitting rooms near bra sections in stores I've been to.
Don't buy it if you have not tried it.

Don't you mean "buy the Victoria's Secret ones and DIY them?" So that they're cute AND they fit right?
Either way, that's a good idea. The A and B and generally even C cups always get the cute ones anyway. Once they see you're a D cup they assume you are a soccer mom who doesn't give a shit about cuteness so long as it holds your bazooms where they're supposed to be.
I should practice first on some old bras I have to make sure I can do it right, because I would be pissed if I spent the money on a $50 bra only to destroy it with my abysmal DIY skills.

Victoria's Secret is way overpriced. i don't wash my bras right, so they get all warped.

VS is really overpriced, I mean I usually pay about what they charge but I get a much higher quality bra and they last much longer (proper care also helps with that as machine washing and drying can both warp and stretch your bra).

Aren't you supposed to hand wash them?

Hand wash and hang dry, though I usually wash then in the machine on a gentle cycle as I never really have a convenient place to hand wash them.

I have been wearing bras for at least ten years now and I never knew they have to be handwashed. After I read this thread I had to take my bra off to check.
I never ruined a bra putting it in the washing machine though. Oh, except bras from walmart I had when I was in high school, but I never had a problem since I started getting them from La Senza.

Higher quality ones tend to greatly outlast their inexpensive counterparts and they are able to handle a bit more stress so you may want to upgrade.

Yeah, I always tell myself when I get new bras that I'mma hand wash and then hang dry and it works for like a week. Then into the washer they go with all my other clothes. Dryer too. It sucks because by the time I have cash to go get some more the old ones are all worn out and I have to start afresh instead of adding to the collection.
It's worth it to go VS, I think, because their bras make your boobs look like they're supposed to-round-as opposed to cheap bras that make your boobs into this weird 1950's pointy egg shape.

Yup. With bras it's definitely worth paying for quality. Same goes for knickers / panties / whatever you call them where you are.
I like Sloggi bras and knickers because they make my bod look better and they're super comfy. I don't care if they haven't got little skulls on them if my tits look decent!

Boobs should be teardrop shaped, not totally round, and any good bra will do that.

So would I. My friend had one though and they feel really weird. They also look strange when she lays flat on her back because they don't move at all.

My friend is 26 now. She had the op a year or two ago. I can understand why she had it done though, she didn't even fill a double a cup bra before.

To be honest, I do not understand why some girls whine about small breats.
Small breasts are sexy. Period.
