There was that Tuk Keedair guy. He irked me sheerly because he had his name based off a Slaver out of a Frank Herbert book.

Uncle Smoov was pretty irritating with his whole pretentious vocabulary that he'd insult people with... though I don't know if he deserves to be on the top ten worst... At least he was a somewhat different irritating guy...
He'd be around 9 or 10 or 8 I'd say....
