Do we really have to continue this conversation about you giving blowjobs?
My rant is that I have a lot of work to do and no motivation to do it. Also, I have been told that my exam piece for my Drama practical on Thursday has too much swearing in it and I need to excise the swearing from the script. I have no rehearsal time between now and Thursday, so it's impossible for my group to be able to relearn the dialogue in time, not to mention that it completely butchers the flow of the play. I'm up shit creek in a boat made of shit with shit being poured on to me by the Shit Monster, and I'd use my paddle but it's been shat all over in a big shitty slurry of shit.

Even then I would only have a day to rehearse, we've spent weeks learning this dialogue. Not to mention that substituting a lot of the swearing simply won't work no matter how well you say the line, it's a dialogue-driven play and the rhythm is very important.

Well, that's inevitably what will have to happen. The examiner is from the exam board rather than from the school, so I'll just talk to them beforehand, warn them about the vulgar nature of the play but explain that we were given such little notice that a censored version of the play was impossible. Or offer a censored version of the play and ask that they take the circumstances into account if that's the version they choose to see us perform, either or. I'm pissed though, simply because we'd really got it down and were expecting good results.

Well, it you make a compelling case to examiner and the uncensored version is acceptable, afterward you'll emerge triumphant. Or if you have to perform the censored version and you get a good result you'll emerge triumphant. Or if you have to perform a censored version and you think it's really going to screw it up, why not say "BLEEP!" in place of every vulgarity in protest?
That's probably not a useful suggestion.
Well, I hope it goes well. I'd be pissed about the late notice as well.

I'm supposed to be at work by six am. I've told them lots of times now that I have a sleeping problem and can never get enough sleep when they give me those shifts, and I haven't gotten them in a while, but I had two this week. I managed to switch the Thursday one with someone and get a late night shift instead, but I'm stuck with this one. Its quarter to four and still no sleep, and I'm making myself sick worrying about it. Odss are I might call in sick, though I don't really want to, I feel so shitty about it. Should go to the doctor and get a note about it but she charges for notes and I'm flat broke til friday.
