Look at that waist! I can't believe how much progress you have made.

I have to let you in on a little secret about the cake, it was actually a display cake and only the top tier and a corner of the bottom tier were real cake, not sure what the rest was made of, apparently it is easier to get a square cake to look good that way and then we just had sheet cakes in the back room to serve people.

And... *sigh* here I stand at 178 Lbs thus far . More to go..always more.. Sorry for the shittiness but I have ingested quite an unusually large amount of caffiene ( for me ) so shaky hand is the affliction of the day

You look gorgeous HT

Sol I think they use polystyrene or something like that to make display cakes (well the cakemaker I went to see ages ago did).

Oh well, look at the bright side, at least you dont have to deal with the pain of completely cutting up such a beautiful cake.

It's perfectly possible to make a cake that square while still being edible, take a look at what Wisconsin's best/Nation's top 10/my favorite bakery makes.
http://www.simmasbakery.com/wedding-...g-cake-gallery
and heres their yummy little pastries
http://www.simmasbakery.com/goodies/other-goodies
Even Julia Child was a fan
"Dear Simma's,

What a pleasure to meet you, and I just wish I were here longer so that we might have a good chat over coffee and some more of your beautiful pastries. The cake is gorgeous! We are showing it off at Jill Paercotti School to the delight of everyone.

All good wishes and affection,

Julia Child"

Now move to Wisconsin already.

Ugh, I knew people weren't going to recognize my costume but I didn't expect them to fail so badly. I got two Bob Marleys and three Little Johns.

You look awesome!

The most horrifying part of my night was when people asked me "Who are you supposed to be?" "Spock!" I answered, since my ears were lost early into the night I figured that probably threw a lot of people off. "Who's Spock?" They asked. And it broke my heart every single time.

Okay now I have whiplash from doing a double take at the photo of you in uniform. You make it look good! But then you carry off civies really well too!

I used to work with a lot of guys in uniform. It was very distracting.

Alan Cool costume.
Saya did you shake you fist and go on about 'youngsters these days'
Vin You are gorgeous.
Kontan nice glasses (although don't read this post okay, I don't want you to be emotional scared or anything). I won't deal with it.
Sinjob What can I say? Your guitar looks cool.

Alan, if I were to hazard a guess, I would have figured you were one of those heathen voodoo deities.

That's very kind of you to say. I feel a little uncomfortable wearing it, though. I weighted 30 pounds less when it was fitted for me.
