Nerd here ^__^
Hi! Totally new here. And as the title indicates, total nerd. I came here looking for inspiration and, god willing, friends. Deviantart is usually my hangout spot. Or WAS. I'm really trying to find other online communities that share my similiar fascinations and give me a chance to meet new online friends. Sites like DA are just too big to make many buddies.

I'm a computer graphic artist, aiming to graduate this May. I've written some essays, which will be getting published through McNair. To prove I'm a nerd, one of the essays was "The Impact of Unactualized Gender on the Exercise of Metaphysical Power in the Star Wars Saga by Anakin Skywalker"

Yes. That whole long-ass thing was my title. O_O And as you can see, I have a fascination with sci-fi, gender identity, and all this other cool stuff. But yeah, I'm a nerd and absolutely adore cheesy b-movies like Killer Klowns from Outer Space and Night of the Creeps. Because I grew up with the 80s, I love color. I love Rainbow Brite. I love Punky Prewster and She-Ra. And yes, I had, a glittery Michael-jackson-inspired glove. >_>

I've been cooking up my own stories and characters. My love for Goth fashions has given lots of inspiration in this department.

Anywho. That's who I am. O__O Er... why does this feel like I'm going on a first date?

Hm... maybe it feel like the first date because I personally would not date someone that I knew from DA only for fear that tehy may be a furry. I have a DA, too though... I hate trying to find decent artwork by other people through all the wierd hentai bullshit.

The ferret in the first video looked like the one I used to have.


THINK OF HOW YOU COULD USE A THEFT-FERRET TO YOUR ADVANTAGE! Train it to fetch, and it would bring you wallets and keys. Seriously.

Hmm... I never thought about it that way. You've got a point there, especially if I bring it to a casino, where everyone's mind is preoccupied with slot machines and table games. All the surveillance cameras would see is a small rodent dragging someone's wallet into a cameraless hallway.

A old friend of mine had one, little sucker would nibble at your toes when he wanted attention. I either want a ferret or a hedgehog as my next pet.
