The Zombies are Attacking, Let's Go!

Greetings everyone, Mutsumi-Rei here. Or just Rei.

I took this straight from the list of questions on the sticky at the start, in case that wasn't obvious to everyone reading:

1. What do you do? (Hobbies, job)
I'm an artist and a poet. I say that knowing it is definitely NOTHING original

2. Where are you from?
I live in one of those dinky nowhere towns in Eastern Washington

3. Who is your favorite author?
Juliet Marillier, bless her Celticness

4. What are your favorite films?
I must admit that I don't watch that many good movies ... -_- Most recent thing I saw that I liked was Phantom of the Opera

5. What music do you want played at your wedding?
Preferably something German

6. At your funeral?
Rammestien (perhaps Engle). Let the poor, grieving people rock out a little

7. This IS a gothic website, so... how do you want to die?
Quickly, messily, and in a dramatic location

8. What kind of casket would you want?
One of those nice, half-folding ones with comfy cushions. Wouldn't want to be uncomfortable.

9. What's your FAVORITE outfit?
"I'm just wearing black until I can find something darker" -Dunno who said this
I'm also too poor to have a favorite outfit.

10. What's one thing you miss about being a little kid?
The laziness. Little kids have all the luck

11. What's your favorite band?
A tie between Rammestien and the Dresden Dolls (for sheer fucked up ness)

12. What kind of education do you have? What is/was/will be your major?

13. Why did you join?
Saw it somewhere

14. If the first 13 questions didn't give it away. What is your gender?
I'm female.

Yeah! I love The Phantom of the Opera.
And I also love The Dresden Dolls and Rammstein.

I give you 46 goth points for that

Ok, I'm just curious about this here. Why is it that so many fans of this band don't know how to spell their name? Have they never actually seen an album by them, where the name is written clearly on the cover? Are all the MP3-files on their computer mis-tagged? Have they only heard of them from others, and so decide to just make up their own spelling? It just baffles me.

And as for playing them at you funeral... That day is probably a looong way off for you. It may seem cool to you know, but subjecting grieving people to horrible German industrio-metal when they probably already have a headache from crying, would just be in bad taste.

I'm not trying to be an asshole, you're probably young, I just wanted to point out the ill judgment of your music choice, and spelling thereof.

Otherwise, welcome you shall be, if you decide to stick around. So many people don't, but if you actually have something meaningful to contribute, by all means do.

Sometimes I get myself confused because there's an Air Force base in Germany with the same name, just missing an 'm'

I do have spelling issues. ^_^ no hard feelings, your comments are welcome no matter the nature.
Greetings in return to everyone else.

If you genuinely are too povert (like my Carrollism?) to afford the kind of clothing you desire, you could always craft your own. Sewing is quite simple to learn, and you can make the most adorable things with the most minute items!
