40 - 40oz beer, love.

I woke up, went to work, spent way too much time there... set up my somewhat new cell phone, chatted with an art college rep about enrolling, found out the course I want to take is going to cost $71,000, went to see "Hoodwinked" (not too bad) watched a little T.V., molested my boyfriend, and went to work again round 10 p.m. until now (6 a.m.) I should sleep but *shrug*.

I joined this thread, for one. Mainly, though, I just listened to music. I probably won't be doing anything differently for the rest of the day. Later, I'm going to watch Corpse Bride, but other than that, nothing interesting is coming up. Every day is exactly the same... There is no love here and there is no pain.

Did anyone even get that reference?

Today I started work on another song, which is more of an instrumental at the moment, and its about a were-wolf , but cannot think of a title for it, any ideas ?.

Also finished re-reading one of my favourite books, `Hell Bent for Leather: Confessions of a Heavy Metal Addict`.

I went to the local co-op to buy some groceries(I eat a lot of organic hippy type food), did some laundry and baked some spelt(cousin to wheat with half the gluten) blueberry muffins.

Hey, you have any information on Spelt?

I am discovering I have a nasty Gluten allergy. I'd love an alternative.

I'm doing laundry and packing my bags for the trip, in between scanning GNet. I have too many strings hanging and too many things left undone. And I am doing triage to prioritize what I have to get done before I leave, and what can wait till I get back.

And packing has always been a pain for my ADHD brain. I can't seem to pack light, never think I am done and it's usually days into the trip before I'm comfortable with the idea that I really didn't forget something important. Today will be tedious. Tomorrow (flying) will be rough. Tomorrow night when I get to see my family again for the first time in 1.5 years will be wonderful. I do miss them.

A lot of health food stores and co-ops sell spelt products such as breads and cookies. Spelt tastes slightly sweeter than wheat and is a little more chewy. The muffins I made were a little more chewy than regular muffins, but they tasted really good. I haven't eaten wheat for over a month now and I don't feel bloated any longer. I also cut out corn, beef, pork and processed foods.

Oooohhh ... Benedryl or Tylenal PM ... good idea.

I have a few overlap days in Wisconsin before and after the trip, so I will probably post and scan a little from my phone. I have $5 a month unlimited usage internet on the phone in the United States. Once we go overseas, though, that's a different matter.

Thank you for the kind wishes.

I *heart* your being here at GNet!

Tenet, buddy! What kind of trouble can I get into riding camels?

Don't answer that! Thank you for the thought, though.

Ah, I think my Dad and I will be typical tourists ... see the sights, take the pictures, eat lots of local food, you know. But the kinds of night life I would usually indulge in ... well, that's out of the question with my very straight-laced Father along.

Which means that I will have a lot of pent-up ... er ... 'energy' ... when I get back. So worry about me getting into trouble then! LMAO!!!

Speaking of which, when I was married, I nicknamed my wifes privates "trouble". So I could sweetly smile in public and say "So, honey, does this mean I'm gonna be in trouble when we get home?"

Gluten allergy? My exboyfriend had that. Try arrowroot, too. Or just go to your local healthfood store and tell them you have a gluten allergy- they'll know what direction to point you in. There are these yummy gluten-free cookies, and you'll have lots of fun, even without wheat.
