I used to fancy Brock from pokemon when I was about 8...
He isn't very attractive on second thoughts though.

If videogame characters count I'd have to say Jill Valentine from Resident Evil (nothing sexier than a woman who knows how to kill zombies and does so with style) and Carrie from Castlevania 64 (Victorian looking little girl with psychic powers. Whats not to love?).
