Your haunts
Where do you like to go to hang out? Are there any special places you go to when you want time alone?

In the winter, I usually just hide in my room, and enjoy it, because I love my room.. In the summer, I'm in my room, or I'll go outside in the woods, and just hang out there. It's a nice place. ^^
When I'm lucky enough to go somewhere(In which I mean, when my parents actually feel like taking me) I go to my best friend(s) house(s).

I don't have any haunts, except for the computer =/
Might get one soon though. I'm cutting down on my comp time.

There is a road that I love to drive on that is isolated... I feel like I'm away from everyone! But, I love spending time alone at home, during wicked thunderstorms.

I like to sit in the cafe at Borders, listening to my mp3 player and reading a book (kind of the "alone-in-a-crowd" thing).

Hmmm...i spend plenty of time alone, in my room. Also, with my band practicing, at our drummer's house.

*rolls eyes and ignores stupid*
I usually hang around at home, cuddled up in the sofa, or in the auditorium/ drama classroom at school (I spend lots of time at school), or on a stage or, if I feel like it, my favourite coffe shop. It's small, cramped and wonderfully homey. They serve the best chai tea ever, and the best mocca coffee. Oh, and there's this one particular spot I love in the summer, which is quite accidentally a small stone stair on a shady spot in the local graveyard surrounding the cathedral. I know it's a stereotype, but it is very peaceful, and I quite enjoy that nobody disturbes me there. It's the place for reading things like the "Canterbury Tales" because of the medieval surroundings and the fact that nobody will suddenly rush in to say hi while you're trying to find out the meaning of some obscure ould english phrase...

I am always up for driving some back country road to get away from everyone. I have quite a few places I go to hide. One is in the McCoullough Peaks, where there are some feral horses that I love to go watch. One of them is my buddy, and I am quite possibly the only human he has come into contact with. He has not yet had the torture of being rounded up by helicopter and shot and taken to a pen. (And I really hope he stays that way) I also like to go to Spirit (Cedar) Mountain and drive up to the top and just hang out, or go about halfway up into a boulder garden that is up there. One boulder is perfect to climb up on and watch the stars all night. I would say that is definitly my best quick get away spot, the horses take a little bit longer to get to. If I am not in one of those two places, I'm at the college, working or climbing.

Principally chilling in my apartment, in my garden room. Otherwise I can be found roaming the streets of the city, suburbs and crossing bridges at night. Quite aimlessly too, I don't know where I'm going until I decide to turn back and head home.

Cliche' it may be, but my private haunt is my computer. It is there I think about everything, both menial and major. It is here that I learn one thing after another, and wind down with a good album and a glass of water.

My bedroom, which actually gets quite difficult to be alone in with a girlfriend wandering in and out asking 'what's wrong? Why are you so quiet?'

Basically anywhere my friends take me to, even though ironically I'm the one with the car.

I live in suburbia. There is nowhere to just sit around...Well, there is, but the idiot neighbors call the police.
But otherwise, I usually just lay in my bed and stare at my ceiling and just think.

When I'm at home I'll hang out anywhere in the house, although I especially like the kitchen for some reason. When I'm down at a few select beaches in Australia though I have a number of little caves and large sandstone 'castles' which I established as my own little territories when I was a wee little thing. They're wonderful places to go and listen to music and just stare out to sea.

Spend most of my life in front of the glowing magical box of my comp. I live in the dark cold basement of my house. Otherwise I love to hit downtown Bellingham when I'm bored or go to used book stores and up my library.

Haha, more like easily disoriented. They tell me where to turn, and we arrive. If I were the one that decided where to go, we would get lost.

I live about a half mile away from the canyon here in Idaho. So I walk to the canyon and there;s this perfect spot where you can sit and see everything, and the Perrine Bridge. It's peaceful and so beautiful. Or there is this cool cemetary that has a huge lake in the middle with all these ducks and this cool statue thing. There a swing set and some toys there. I like going there and watching the ducks and swinging and walking around seeing all the loved people and their graves full of flowers left by family and friends.
