Where are YOU from?
So this is just to see where everyone is from and if they love it or hate it.
Hopefully some of you live near me!
I'm from Phoenix Arizona.
And I kind of hate it.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAND go!

I'm from a small suburban town called Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. Its surrounded by other towns of about the same size and is about 15 miles north/north west of Philidelphia. I absolutly love it here. Its so simple yet everything that I need/want is around me at all times.

How about viking men in furry shorts?
I'm from Minneapolis, and yes, I have tasted Lutefisk. No, I haven't tasted hot dish. No, I don't say "ya, you betcha." Yes, I pronounce "Minnesota" funny. Yes, that's cruelly ironic.

Lederhosen!!! Now I am scared..O-o
I live in an area of the UK known as the West Midlands. It is also known as the Black country ( coalmining and industrial area years ago)
I live in a town called Stourbridge. It's about 15 miles west of Birmingham city. It is an emo and chav riddled shithole.
I would love to move to Wales or Ireland. Hopefully more peaceful, and without chavs.

I say "Ya, you betcha."! Of course my mother's from North Dakota, so I get a lot of things from her. My daddy, though he was raised in Florida.
Anyway I'm from Virginia.
I only develop Southern twang when I'm passionate about what I'm talking about.
I do own a mug the says "Girl Raised In The South"
I will raise hell at you if you say pee-can instead of pae-con, for the word pecan. A "pee-can" is what you keep under your bed. While a "pae-con" is what you eat.
That's all the streotypes that I can think of.
EDIT: Sadly chavs are everywhere, but maybe in fewer numbers in some places than in others.

I was born in Arcadia, California, and lived there for five years until being moved to Washington (state), where I am now.
I think the stereotype for Washingtonians is excessive coffee drinking? That's false; I decided not to have one today.

I was born in Melbourne, Australia, that's where I'm going back to, and my heritage is Scottish. But I grew up in parts of Papua New Guinea, Indonesia and Malaysia, and through my extensive travels have come to think of myself as not actually 'from' anywhere.

I grew up in a horridly boring suburb. All the houses might as well have been clones, and the trees might as well have been clones. In the new areas, the trees were about 6 feet high, making it look like a baren wasteland. More baren then a desert. It sucks the spirit right out of you. *shudders*

I live and am from the outskirts of Bellingham, WA. I live on the lummi reservation, and I don't really like it. A lot of the people here are either racists (against whites), theifs (and I've been robbed before), backstabbers, drunks, druggies, or all of that and more. There's still the few good ones of coarse, but most of them either hate me or I hate them (Me and my dad are mostly caucasian). It gets cold out here, but I'm used to it and I like to be cold. It's refreshing. In the mornings it kinda wakes you up. But we have a fireplace to keep warm. It's fun too because we have a very woody area and lots of trees to hide or play in.

I'm from Grove city, Ohio.
It was a bad neighborhood, and you could hear gun shots mostly everynight. Then we moved because people were racist against us, and total growlness. then we moved to Dublin, Ohio, the place where everyone acts like they are too rich, and that the community is so obsessed about the place being called dublin, that mostly everything here is green, but it cannot compair to Dublin, Irland.
Growl. I hate it here.

I live in a binational metropolitan area. I live in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, but go to school in El Paso, Texas.
The combination is very nice, because El Paso is a small conservative Christian city, while Ciudad Juarez would be a quite large city, Catholic, but extremely open-minded.

Ew, Lummi.
I live about 30 minutes north of Paper_Wings, but I was born in Houston, Texas. I've lived in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, and Buenos Aires, Argentina, as well.
(By "Lummi" mean "that particular Lummi reservation which I call Lummi because it encompasses Lummi Island". Yeah.)
