How can it even go beyond aesthetically pleasing?
I mean, I really dig goth chicks, but I would say all kinks I can think of at the moment are either fetishes or BDSM related.
That these are things (some) goths enjoy doesn't make them goth.

One thing I never got was "goth sex"...when people explained it to me, it always sounds like run-of-the-mill S&M.
Goth sex should be doing it doggy style with Bauhaus playing while whoever is being railed reads aloud Poe or something....

Jabbing yourself in the fanny with a crucifix isn't goth. Has nothing to do with goth and hopefully never will be goth. It is however spectacularly idiotic, and really quite dangerous if said crucifix is metal or has any pointed or protruding edges/stones ect. If it isn't a crucifix shaped sex toy you could seriously damage your flange.
