Really?!?
Aw ... I was going into some lame routine about how one of my personalities was gonna go for it, but another one took over and HE's paranoid ... but I really couldn't hit the big funny with that bit.
So, uh ... no.

My name's Daniel but there's very few people outside of my family and teachers that refer to me by that name.
If I was a guessing man I'd say Jack's real name starts with C.
Ben, what the hell is your real name? I don't think I've ever found out.

Yep, sorry Corpsey. In all the places I have haunted as Ben, I have never disclosed the real name. I would if it was something like Daniel, but it is incredibly unique AND google-able. I just checked it, plugging my first name and "Houston" into the search and I show up in the first couple of listings.
My Mom wanted all of her kids to have very individual names, to the point where someone asks my name, I say it and they say, "Pardon me?". Pain in the ass, and then there's all the spelling.
Anyway, revealing my first name would be a direct identification.
I tell more truth about my exploits in this persona than I reveal to a lot of people who know me in real life, and that's the way I want to keep it. This is a place where I'll tell the truth about my behavior but not my name.
But maybe some day we'll get together over some fine single-malt and I'll share a secret with you. ;-)

You were already on my list of people to meet when I get a chance to go to the states; this just makes me all the more eager. Shame that your name is so "locatable", I was hoping it would be something catchy too.
Errr make that "un-catchy". I have moments when I forget there is a member here called Catch/Bexxle.
As for the single malt Ben... I may treat you to one of my home-brews. ;D
I'm just about to bottle my first batch for the summer. Honey & Ginger for the win.

Eh? You mean the name Rebecca? My best mate's name is Bekkie so I automatically think of her when it's mentioned, so to me it's a very special name.

Well, my real name is Fotini, which in Greek means "full of light" (!)
My nick, skoteinh (skotini), means "dark". I have been called that since elementary school.
