Question What Did You Learn Today?

If this is stupid, just let it die, but I though it could maybe be an alright thread.

I'll start:
Today I learnt that one shouldn't use a swing after sculling a whole can of coke

I realized like never before all the emotion imbued in Tchaikovsky's sixth symphony and his Pas de Deux.

Today I learned that 'nipping into town to buy a couple of pairs of summer shorts and a tee' can take almost 3 hours.

Today I learned that I should avoid people who seem to think that just because we understand each other when it comes to relationships, then it's okay to hit on me. . . >.<

I learned that sometimes people you meet on the net really are cool in real life.

Today I learned that there are only three documented cases of craniopagus parasiticus where the fetus survived birth. One was in 1783, and the other two were within the past three years. However, all three died in early childhood.

I learned that whacking your boyfriend on the head with a stick will NOT make him take out the garbage any sooner.

I learned today (or rather at 3:40am this morning) that the night sky is one of the most beautiful sights, and it is able to evoke such emotion out of me without reason.

I learnt (last night actually) that my neighbor is extremely irritating and near impossible when drunk!

I was the driver for him and my friend "Imp" last night, because they wanted to go drinking. We were coming home - around 0400 - 0430 - and we paid a visit to our friend and his girlfriend because they had asked us to. I, Imp and this friend of ours went out for a smoke before leaving back home, and we began wondering why it took my neighbor so long to take a leak. Our friend went inside and soon my neighbor came a-running fast into my car and told us to get the hell outta there.

Later I heard he was about to do something nasty to our friend's girl. I'mma never be the driver for my neighbor again.

Gee, what happened?

I learned that sleeping on the bus is not that hard to do if one lies down across a pair of seats.

I learned that people will always go into protect mode, if their comfort zones are pushed. No matter how much they try to avoid it.

I also learned that drunk people are idiots and making them and yourself more drunk by buying more liquor is stupid. Even if it sounds like a good idea at the time.

People are never upfront with eachother. There is always some kind of alterior motive behind everything.

mac poo wont serve you at a drive thru if you're driving an imaginary car, even if yolu have 8 passengers.
and they will NOT make you a chicken mc flurry. Even if you ask nicely.

I learned that objects which have no reason or place to be in ones mouth with somehow end up there anyway, intentionally or not.

I also learned that cleaning a clarinet is disgusting.

Today I learned that as much as you think you hate your friend, you're actually secretly depressed that they're not talking to you.

Today I learned that making a child swing can be considered child labor!
(I had a very interesting conversation)

*Wips little kiddies* KEEP SWINGING!

I also learned that, no matter who you are, or how nice you seem, everyone's an asshole in some aspect.
