So glad I don't have a myspace. I had a friend once, a guy, who kept getting messages on his myspace from some old lady who called herself "Aunt Fanny" or something like that. And she was all hitting on him and I found it somewhat hilarious although he didn't agree with me. He thought Aunt Fanny was stalking him or something. I don't know why he didn't just block her, I told him to so many times. Oh well though. The point of the story is that there are some creepy people out there. Sorry you had to deal with one of 'em, SIMS.

That happened to me once...some guy got my mobile number and started texting me dodgy messages, it got worse and he started calling me at wierd times of the night. So then he started MSN-ing me and i blocked him, a week on he started sending me pictures of his bits, and i wigged out...turns out that the guy who did it to me, was doing it to some other girls in the office, too. we worked with the pervert!

Dark Age of Camelot has been charging me since around August for their game, even though I only downloaded a 14-day trial of it, and probably only played for about a day >:'o I just found out about 30 minutes ago, and I had to call in and cancel my payment. I received only a refund for my last payment.

I hate this. I have an essay due on Friday, and I haven't started because I have a cold and drug side effects, and the combination is making me want to sleep 24/7. I can't do anything remotely intellectual with zonking out for at least 20 minutes. I've missed supper at the cafeteria cuz I wasn't hungry for it, and then I fell asleep until about 5 minutes after it closed. I haven't been out of bed yet today, except to get some water and rice krispies, and to go pee. I should get up to have some toast and tea and sit somewhere else to work on my essay, but I lack the motivation. Thus, I am here instead, ranting about how I'm totally useless and am going to fail.

Fuck.

Anarchy Rules!

Nah, I finished the essay. Then went and screamed my lungs out at the lake. Then sat down and admired how unusually intense the colours of the water and sun were. The sun was shining a beautiful deep cadmium yellow. Has to be my favourite yellow.

Anyway, today's rant:
I hate Marcel Duchamp. He took a urinal and laid it on its back and called it art. In doing so, he made it acceptable for anything to be art. Now there's nothing really special about it anymore. People get all excited over nothing. *sighs and stares at pre-raphaelite and renaissance paintings...*

Yeah, it's kind of how people can appear on Big Brother & then be showered with fame & glory afterwards, for a mere catchphrase or just being a 'memorable' character. Then they do a few more reality shows, write a biography about how their mother was a junkie/alcoholic/not there for them, followed up by how their heart was broken/got addicted to cocaine/survived not having a father & about how they're coping now, maybe even release a perfume.

It's a shame how talent gets over looked thses days.

I do feel very strongly about the art thing though. There's a girl in my art class, who's twisting some pieces of wire into the shape of a leaf & then there's another who's spending time & dedication into painting a picture of a flower. The former gets the glory just for being the only one using a different media. It's a terrible shame.

The Bible is a very historically correct document. And Jesus was a real person. But the whole thing about God, that I will not comment on.

I hate exams. I know I've ranted about it in this very thread before, but seriously, fuck the damn exams! Can't the teachers just look at what we do during the entire semester instead of making us work our asses off just before the holidays?! Teachers are sadists. *grumble*
