Coraline (2009)

After being reminded of the upcoming movie by a short snippet recently let loose ( http://www.neilgaiman.com/p/Cool_Stu..._Sneak_Preview ), I'm once more completely excited about the movie.
Even though it doesn't come out for about a year (it got pushed back -_-).

With Neil Gaiman and Henry Selick teaming up for this, I can hardly wait.

You'll all be talking about this eventually, by the way. I've just officially beat you to it.

Haha, I saw that a few days ago. I'm excited because it's NEIL GAIMAN but have a fear that it's going to be another horrible attempt to be the Nightmare Before Christmas like Corpse Bride was.

Corpse Bride was never attempted to be like TNBC. They have to different color schemes and more CG was used for Corpse Bride then Nightmare. I always hate it when people say this because people always look it like; it was made by Tim Burton and it uses clay and stop-motion so Corpse Bride = Nightmare when really no one stops to look at it's differences.

"Van Gogh used a paintbrush more than once? It's like he's trying to do the same exact thing!"
