Got the necklace at Hot Topic *hides* a couple years ago. Pendant originally was on a cheap ribbon as a choker I believe. What ever it came on got shredded or otherwise thrashed so I transferred it to the leather thong there MIL gave as part of a different necklace.
That pic really doesn't do the pendant justice. I could take a better shot if you want to see detail?

Yah I bought a alchemy gothic nosferatu necklace there...and had to change the chain out too...I adore necklaces.
