Usko pois, ei suomi kuulosta enää niin hienolta sitten kun sitä on puhunut koko elämänsä.
That was finnish, and meant: Believe me, finnish doesn't sound so great when you have spoke it all of your life.

Personally, I find Italian very beautiful. Too bad that I don't have the possibility to study it.

German. Definitely.
But I hate French, it just doesn't sound good. I dislike songs in French too. And I don't like Russian, learning it is pain.

To my mind every language is beautiful if you can understand and communicate it.

I think Japanese and French are absolutely beautiful.
I don't know French though.
Ano sora wa hare desu ne? Sora no ao wa totemo kirei na iro desu yo.
Isn't it beautiful?? Translation: That sky over there is clear isn't it? The sky's blue is a very pretty color, you know.

I took Russian for 5 years. I loved learning it, but it's far from pretty, I think.

^^;; Its hard describing it. I get a dark vibe, full of secrecy and hidden meanings in the language. Thats what attracts me to it I think.

Ooooh, that's very interesting.. I was taught Russian from 3rd grade to 6th grade, so I thought it was cool to speak and write in a language that no one else I knew would understand lol. (whoops, that's 4 years, not 5 lol)

I'd have to say that French is very sexy. After watching Hannibal Rising I orgasmed over Frenchnessism.

It seems that people love French until they actually take a class on it. Maybe it has something to do with chopping the end off of words for now reason?

I think my love for French died when I finally got a hold of all of those nasty nasal sounds. I don't much like the words "brouillard" or "bureau," either.

I believe it sounds better if you hear a native speaker, or a different accent than formal French as well.
