Finally got myself a corset...!

... I still haven´t quite figured out how to compensate for the lack of oxygen, though... :P

Anyway, I´ve been wanting one of these things for -years-. I finally got lucky and found a high quality one cheaply here in Norway (gasp! is it even possible?). It´s blood red with black details. What do you think? =)

Anyway, I was also wondering (since there´s bound to be someone else with a real corset around this forum); have you had any problems with the laces snapping and such? Mine´s only a silk ribbon, and I must admit I´m rather worried that it will break.

It looks very nice on you! Do you have a pic of the back? I have a LOT of corsets, but I've never had one come with satin lacing - mine have always come with cord. Does your corset have steel boning?

I hate to sound perverted, But I don't think you should wear a bra with it, it looks kind of wierd.

Or at least buy a strapless one to go with the corset

Chelseagirl - thanks! I don´t have a picture of the back, sorry, although I might be able to take one next time I can convince one of my roomies to lace it up for me. Sanguine Heart - thanks! Actually, those are the straps of my chemise; wearing a bra under this corset would hurt very much, I think. I will be making a new one with some sort of straps or possibly sleeves that go with the corset when I get enough money to buy the right fabric.

Elysiume - aww, thanks =) I bought it off of a shop here in Norway that had imported it. It originally cost 1600 NOK (about 160 €), but they were having a sale, so got 30% off.
