i would like to take this oppourtunity to damn a few things.....
..Like diets ,I HATE DIETS they deprive you of the four nutriets essecial for life* aka chocolate,wine,bacon and something else that ive forgotten
Damn all half price chocolate selections too, for ruining the diets.
I damn also my feet for being whimpy about seven inch heels,and for being to small for me to get a decent selection in a shoe shore.
And last but not least i triple damn both my hair and george bush, the hair
because it keeps getting split ends and george bush because he is a fat lying bastard.
they are both so annoying that i couldent choose which i hated more. on second thoughts my hair didnt go of and start the iraq war** so i guess bush is somewhat worse.
*well an interesting one.
** at least not to my knowlege,although it looked very shifty when the news came on last week.
one last thing DO NOT read this if you are allergic to insane posts, oh dear you must have read said post to get this far, damn.

A glass of red wine once a week is actually supposed to help improve your cardio health, so I'm not sure why a diet would completely cut wine out. Chocolate has some beneficial properties, too, so while I understand reducing one's intake, I don't think it's particularly helpful to do away with it completely. =/ Extreme dieting has a tendency not to work, anyway. It's better just to cut back on your portions and exercise regularly.
I'm right there with you on the seven-inch heels and small feet, though. In my case it's not so much my feet as the fact that I have a trick knee and weak ankles. Anything over 3", and I have a tendency to have one or the other give out on me; even if I don't end up twisting something or faceplanting, I'm popping advil like candy within an hour and a half anyway.
And...really, does anyone like Bush anymore? His administration has been one of the most disastrous in decades. the '08 elections can not come fast enough.

You know...you don't actually have to diet if you hate it. I've been there and done that with them (the cabbage soup diet is living hell).
Just swap some of the unhealthy stuff for better stuff and be more active. It's not so bad.
