Yeah, there are a few parameters to apply if you hit "Not troll" but you are still in doubt.

Yeah but I left out an important loop: a connection flowing from the right side of the two ellipses at bottom right to the upper left "return to social equilibrium".

Also, there needs to be an indication of what happens when a thread gets thread-jacked off topic. I was also going to add when a thread gets trolled into submission, but it's kinda covered by one of your existing options.
