Yeah, when your dog plays too rough with your SO's kitten and just about kills it, you're very grateful when the kitten seems to heal up within 48 hours ... because the dog was definitely in the doghouse.
And yes, we were both watching them almost continuously, but we both took our eyes off for 30 seconds for different reasons, and then ... holy shit!
So, yeah, I'm relieved and my dog is reprieved.
