Concrete and human flesh doesn't make a good combination. I have a tendecy to be a caring person. I don't like seeing people get hurt or be in pain. I want everyone to be happy but I'm just weird like that.

Have you checked under the sofa?
try vacuuming and if you get really desperate, smoke what you find in the vacuum. ::shrug::

Lazy girl
I stayed in bed until 5:30pm. I covered in a mound of blankets and pillows and my 2 dogs and cat.

I took the bitch to the airport [finally], apparently lost my sister's friend's piece that I was using, and had dinner with my grandparents. Oh and learned about value lines and other fun stock things.

I totally get that, man.
"The first day I saw him, he said he was a dwarfstar" or whatever. That song rocks socks.

I feel like I'm explaining a divorce to my neglected, possibly abused, future children:
"It's not that Granny and I don't love each other anymore, it's just that we need a little time apart, to do our own, adult things. We still care about you very much. Also, no matter what that bitch says- I do *not* have custody of you, do you hear me? We get weekends and holidays, as is, and I'm pushing for *just* holidays. I gotta make a living, too, and the 42nd street tricks don't just *disappear* on weekends. I gotta crowd to please."
Ah... child-rearing.
But about how my day was- Granny's mom packed me a lunch for the plane. Turkey and mustard on some sort of oval piece of grain-puff substance. Bread of sort. I don't really know. I tried to be as nice as possible to everyone around me in the airport. I know those people are stressed out, so, if I'm not stressed out, I try to ease their pain. What can I say, I'm a giver. I watched some lady's Armani Exchange bag for her while she went and bought a bag of nuts. No, no joke- she bought nuts. And who can blame her, with the quality out there these days- you really get what you pay for.
Anyways, I was in a window seat, so whenever I'd look out the window, I'd freak out a little, but I'd keep looking, and then go back to drawing. I drew the entire way home- three hour plane ride, give or take. There was an empty seat between myself and the woman on the aisle, but she kept looking over, and I wanted to be like "I'm not an art student, don't worry- I know this sucks." But the opportunity never came up.
I kind of want to scan some things in my sketch book, and that's where my day is now. I'm talking to Granny online, even though I've only just escaped her. I'm talking to lots of people online, actually- 7. Four of them are from gothic, including Granny. Does that make me weird?
Teapot hearts her gothic.net friends and family. And ex-wife. And sisters. And future ex-wives. And future ex-wives who may also be my sisters.

Dude, I'm not from gothic. You brought me here, remember? I'm from college-you know, the 3-D world?
And that one thing may not make you weird, but other things do, don't worry.

Do you realize that we didn't really talk much when you were in Florida, but the instant you got to NY, we started talking on im? It's so weird. Like we can't talk face to face. Maybe it's the whole 3-D/2-D issue... I'm sorry, I had to bring it up again. It was vital.

.....Right. I'm just going to post on topic then, and pretend I never read the last couple of posts.
Yesterday I went to goth night at the brewery, and stopped in at blue flame tattoo for a while, then crashed at my friend chris's house, and I just got home! Yup. Definitely a good day. Ooh! and I ate ramen noodles for the first time ever!

Today I woke up, feeling drowsy from the cough medicine I took last night, with a blocked nose & dry throat. Manged to drag my sorry ass out of bed. Cleaned up. Caught a bus to work, where I got flattend like a tuna sandwich. And here I am now with my spine still intact.
Lucky me. 8)
How was your day?

Have you ever read the first official sentence of this thread? Something about eating grapes? Everytime I go to click on this thread and accidentaly get the first page and see that I cringe.
So, that being said, Granny and Teapot tend to enhance this particular thread when they banter like that.
Also any thread I am in automatically makes it the cool place to be.
