A) I've had two very vivid dreams where I died. One where I fell from a great height over a brown-vegetation free field. When I hit the ground, I felt the vibrations from the impact resonate out through the ground around me. And the other was one where I was drinking in a bar I knew, some random guy popped up in the window and fired a gun at me, plugging a slug into my brain. I fell, hit the ground, lay motionless and could do nothing. But I was still aware of people hovering around me and talking about my death. Very weird!

A) Yes. About ten years ago I rear-ended a car at an intersection when they slammed on the brakes at the last second because the light had turned yellow and I wasn't expecting them to stop. I WAS following them too closely, though. Put a crack in their rear bumper and paid for the repair with cash because it wasn't worth filing a claim on my insurance.
